We are regularly looking for experienced and highly motivated staff who are able to work in a positive way with service users who demonstrate challenging and difficult behaviour.
For all our roles you will need a strong personal commitment to supporting vulnerable adults, excellent interpersonal and team working skills, the ability to work with, and plan the support of residents, plus excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in this sector would be an advantage, however transferable skills will also be considered.
