St Martins is committed to facilitating and promoting mental well-being, allowing our residents to return to independent living in the community, and helping them fulfil their aspirations, whilst providing the support they need at their own pace, within a non-stressful environment.
Our high support service emphasises co-orientated, partnership working. We pride ourselves on maintaining effective relationships with NHS Community Health Teams and Local Authorities, to ensure we effectively meet the needs of our residents.
Our staff are available to support residents 24/7.
Residents will also benefit from weekly key work sessions with their allocated key worker to discuss care plans, matters arising and overlook their welfare as we focus on holistic care.
