Residential Care Home for adults with complex mental health needs

New North Road is a 15 bed community based Care Home that provides 24/ 7 support for adults living with complex mental health needs.

We are committed to facilitating and promoting mental well-being, to allow our service -users to return to an independent life in the community in supported accommodation or independent living.

We will help people to fulfil their aspirations, whilst providing the support they need to achieve this at their own pace and within a non-stressful environment.

New North Road guides integrated care, with an emphasis on co – ordinated partnership working.

We pride ourselves on maintaining effective relationships with our partner NHS Trust s and local authorities to ensure we effectively meet the needs of our industry partners and service users
