Davenant Road is a 12-bed property with all units being self-contained bedsits. They each have their own, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The property is over five floors.

There is accessibility on the ground level for those with mobility issues. There is a communal lounge and garden available for all residents. The staff office is located on the ground floor with a view to the air lock entrance and lounge. The office is accessible to staff only.

There is a large room on the ground floor which can be booked for Key work or if a person chooses they can meet in their living space.
