St Martins has been reviewing all the feedback we received from the Service User Survey 2017. The findings have been discussed with staff at each of our services, with suggestions feeding into follow-up action plans. The main area highlighted in these plans is the need for staff to spend more time with some service users. There is a strong correlation between the amount of contact that our service users have with staff and their resulting satisfaction level. Therefore making sure that those who would like more contact receive it, is a primary goal. We are also looking at how we can improve service users’ satisfaction in other areas such as housing, positive move on and better management of their mental health.
