Chalkhill Road is an attractive care home in Wembley for adult men with complex mental health needs. We have a strong track record of supporting men making a transition from psychiatric wards, towards some foothold in the community. We accept referrals from all agencies.
We received a very critical CQC report in February 2019, and we are challenging some elements of this, which seemed misrepresentative.
Each resident at Chalkhill Road has a private room with en suite bathroom. All residents have access to shared kitchens, a lounge and a large garden.
Our staff are available to support residents 24/7 and benefit from professional clinical supervision. Residents are allocated a keyworker who meets with them weekly to discuss their care plan, objectives and general wellbeing and who works in partnership with professionals involved in their statutory services.

At Chalkhill Road, residents have access to a regular weekly program of activities which includes healthy cooking, IT and computer skills, exercise and social events. Staff also encourage residents to attend external training, employment and educational opportunities.

Anyone who lives at Chalkhill Road will need to sign a licence agreement. This lays out the rules and regulations of living there. If you live at Chalkhill Road, or you are considering doing so, and you want help understanding any aspect of the license agreement, please ask St Martins’ staff or your keyworker.
"St Martins' Chalkhill staff work very hard to engage residents in activities, courses and programmes to enable recovery and independent living. We are pleased to help out as and when we can."
