St. Martin’s Staff Conference 2022

St Martins staff came together for our annual staff conference in The Arc, Islington on July 22nd.

The staff conference provided an opportunity for all areas of our organisation to engage, share experiences and drive the organisation forward; whilst also taking the occasion to celebrate the incredible achievements of our staff during what has been a very challenging period of evolution.

The 2022 conference delivered a focus group on the implementation of a new resident outcomes framework and the purpose of our service delivery, maintaining an emphasis on resident needs at the forefront of our strategy.

St Martins would like to thank everyone who attended this event and all of those who played their part in organising this conference, that showed strong community spirit and passion to grow the business to new higher levels.
