We understand there are a variety of mental health conditions in the world. Trying to live with these mental health conditions can be exceptionally difficult, and some people simply cannot balance life with the things that are taking place inside their heads.
If the mental health conditions you struggle with have left you unable to live alone, then we can provide you with the necessary support that you need. Thankfully, we have more than 40 years experience in providing accommodation for people with complex mental health needs.
Focusing on Growth
The service that we provide is geared towards facilitating recovery. Through the use of ongoing medication programs, psychosocial interventions, and the acquisition of skills for independent living, we want to help people get back out into the world.
Functionally, the residential accommodation services we provide are sort of a transitory step for people to take from being in a hospital, to becoming an active participant in society. We fully appreciate that making this change can be challenging, which is why we want to help.
Providing Confidence and Independence
Some of our main goals within our services are to provide confidence and independence to people. We understand how important it can be for people to grow in progress as individuals, but we also recognise that when you are struggling with mental health conditions, this is definitely something you do at your own pace.
That is why we actively devote as much of our time as possible towards giving people the support they need to grow, but also the freedom to do things at the speed they are comfortable with. We regularly try to teach independent skills and valuable life lessons, because we know that independence is the end goal for anybody who is in this transitory stage.
To try and give people the best shot at achieving independence and confidence, we aim to provide a comprehensive, tailored structure that focuses around the individual needs of the person in question.
We want to empower people to make the right decisions when it comes to their lives which is why we work hard to facilitate this growth. We will give a unique structure that is designed to give people the space and confidence to learn how to work with their mental health needs rather than trying to force them to disregard them.
So, if somebody that you know would benefit from the assisted-living that we provide for people with complex mental health needs, then don’t hesitate to get in touch and ask what can be done. A member of the team would definitely be more than happy to answer your questions and queries, and help you to work out what would be best for your situation.
We are committed to providing tailored solutions for people’s situations, which is why we are more than happy to discuss the specific needs of a person. Regardless of what you are dealing with, there is a solution available.
