If you’re struggling with independence, and need a bit of extra support, you should be able to get access to services that will benefit you.
It’s really important that everybody has the correct amount of support for their needs, which is why there are many organisations committed to giving that kind of support.
We’re just one example of a provider that helps by offering fixed accommodation, meaning that if you’re somebody who needs a bit of extra support, or you have a family member who could do with supported living, we can help.
Who We Support
So, we are committed to providing accommodation for adults above the age of 18. Generally speaking, our target audience is those people who have mental health issues or physical needs that are quite complex. Specifically, anybody with a mental health condition that limits their ability to live unaided.
The services that we provide are currently either mixed or male only. We do try to give emphasis towards placing females into safe environments depending on the specific situation.
Supporting Many Conditions
So, we try to make sure that we provide support for a wide selection of different mental health needs. For example, we cater to people who have a learning disability or are on the autistic spectrum. We provide support for people who have antisocial behaviour, challenges with substance abuse, anybody who is at risk of exploitation, or people with complex physical needs.
A Safe Environment For All
Above all else, we try to make sure that we have a safe environment available for anybody who wants it, because we recognise how important it can be for people to get the best possible results.
The kind of services that we provide are designed to help people who are grappling with something which limits their ability to live an everyday life.
Whilst we fully understand that many mental health issues or physical needs are life changing, we don’t believe that they should be life limiting or altering. Instead, we intend to provide support via the assisted-living program to make sure that anybody who uses our services can live as normal life as possible.
With that in mind, we often work with people who are being discharged from mental health wards, people who are homeless owing to a mental health condition, or people whose physical needs have left them unable to secure permanent accommodation.
Get in Touch Today
If you are looking for the right support when it comes to getting the accommodation necessary for yourself or a loved one, we implore you to get in contact with us. A member of the team would be more than happy to discuss your specific needs and requirements, and we are ready to help.
We very strongly believe that when it comes to living, there should be no limitation on how you do so. We want to make sure that as many people as possible can find the supported living that they need in order to thrive.
