Our Board members are responsible for the direction and management of St Martins Board Members have a wide range of skills and experience and dedicate their time freely to uphold and promote the interests of St Martins and the people we work for, helping us to help our service users regain their independence and live fulfilled lives.

At St Martins, we believe our service users have an absolute right to be involved in how our services are run and the decisions and changes that are made. Our service user involvement forum meets with Board members and Directors every two months to represent service users – putting forward their concerns and ideas and helping to set the agenda for future developments.

15% of our Board of Management comprises ex-service users.
