Mental Health
St Martins works extensively with people who suffer from enduring mental health problems and we provide a range of different care and support services to meet their needs.
We have been providing help to people with mental health problems for over 20 years and our services are tailored to each individual service user’s mental health need.
Services offered range from the provision of accommodation and intensive support in one of our Registered Care settings, through less intensively supported hostel-based accommodation projects, to providing outreach floating support and domiciliary care to people in their own homes.
Whatever the format of care or support, every resident or service user benefits from dedicated “key working” support which ensures they receive the help they need to live independently, maintain their tenancies, participate in community and leisure activities, and gain access to employment, education and training opportunities.
