Chief Executive Officer
Malcolm Campbell
RMN, MBA
Malcolm joined St Martin of Tours in January 2021 as Chief Executive Officer. With over 38 years mental health care experience, Malcolm has held senior leadership positions in both the NHS and the independent sector. Malcolm's experience includes roles as Director of Operations and Regional Hospital Director. Malcolm has led and managed services across a range of specialities including high, medium and low secure services, acute mental health services as well as child and adolescent mental health services.

Beth Haile
BA (Hons), PGDip, ACCA
Beth joined St Martin of Tours Housing Association in October 2020, and is a chartered accountant who has previously worked for the Charterhouse organisation as the Finance Director and Company Secretary, having also worked for various charitable organisations ranging from a £1m to £96m turnover, specialising in working within the Not for Profit sector. Beth holds responsibility for St Martin of Tours finance and IT Strategy, as well as being the Company Secretary.

Steve came aboard in June 2020 as Head of Workforce and Development. Steve has worked in various HR and learning roles for over 20 years in various sectors including FMCG, healthcare and retail. He is a qualified business coach and counsellor and specialises in cultural change and people management,
Service Development and Marketing Manager
Nick Lane
BA (Hons), PDDM
Nick joined St Martin of Tours in October 2019 as the Business Development and Marketing Executive. Nick has since moved on to become Service Development and Marketing Manager with an emphasis on strategic business guidance, digital transformation and brand development. Nick received a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia with a major in Marketing and Public Relations and 1st prize in the Business Strategy Simulation for exiting students. With over 8 years' experience working in communications for Queensland Health (state government health service in Australia), Nick provides a wealth of knowledge and experience within the health sector. Looking to develop his business strategy and digital skills, in 2016 Nick attained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing and transformed a Social Media Sports Fan Page MMA Banter into a thriving media agency that achieved official accreditation and partnerships with many of the top industry promotions. Passionate about mental health and personal recovery, Nick invested his university electives in psychology courses with the view of evolving his business skillset to make a positive difference to the mental health not-for-profit sector; and is driven to help St Martins improve the lives of vulnerable members of the community, suffering from mental health challenges.
