Our Aims

What we do: Our Purpose, Vision and Values

Purpose:
St Martins exists to develop the potential of its service users in order to maximise their independence.

Vision:
St Martins aims to be a leading voluntary sector provider of housing, care, support and community integration services to people with:

  • Forensic histories
  • Mental health problems
  • Offending backgrounds
  • Young People

We aim to provide a range of innovative,  empowering and holistic services, responsive to the needs and rights of our users and focused on providing successful outcomes in their lives. We aim to demonstrate that our services make a difference in our users lives and enable them to achieve their potential and maximise their independence.

Values:
St Martins believes that everyone associated with it should be treated with fairness, justice, and respect. It is committed to promoting diversity and equality in all its acitivies. It expects staff and Board members to carry out their responsibilities with integrity and probity.  It is committed to upholding and promoting the legal, civil and human rights of its service users.
