Equal Opportunities

St Martins is committed to diversity and equal opportunities. This applies to all services users, staff, members of the Board, contractors and other agents or agencies involved with the Association
We recognise that certain groups and individuals in society are discriminated against and are taking positive steps to implement an equal opportunities policy and to monitor and review the effectiveness of the policy in all aspects of our work.
We seek to identify and remove any discrimination in our policy and practice. We aim to provide relevant services to service users and to ensure that all service users are treated equitably and with respect.
Equal Opportunities Monitoring
The equal opportunities monitoring form will be used only for monitoring our Equal Opportunities Policy and will not be used for any other purpose. It will be separated from the application form before short-listing and kept confidentially by St Martins.
