Basic benefits:
Good Salaries – Open and transparent pay system.
Pension Scheme – All staff who have satisfactorily completed their probation are entitled to pay up to a total of 6% of gross salary into the pension scheme. St Martins will pay double any contribution the employee makes.
Annual Leave – Paid leave up to 30 days per year, in addition to statutory public holidays
Sick Pay – All staff who have satisfactorily completed their probation are entitled to 8 weeks full pay and 8 weeks half pay
Season Ticket Loan – All staff are entitled to a Rail, Tube and Bus season ticket loans up to £2,000
